If you're experiencing unexpected behaviour with the Laminin platform — such as login issues, slow performance, or features not working as expected — there may be a known issue that our team is already aware of and actively working to resolve.
Before logging a support ticket, we recommend checking our status page first.
Check Current Service Status
Our status page shows the real-time status of all Laminin services, including:
- Laminin Platform
- Services
- Support
Click here to view the Laminin System Status.
If a known issue is listed, our team is already working on it and you do not need to log a separate support ticket. Updates will be posted to the status page as the situation develops.
Subscribe to Status Notifications
You can subscribe to receive automatic email notifications when an incident is created, updated, or resolved — so you're informed without needing to check the page manually.
To subscribe:
- Visit https://laminin.statuspage.io
- Click the Subscribe to Updates button
- Enter your email address and confirm your subscription
You'll receive an email notification whenever:
- A new incident or outage is posted
- An update is added to an ongoing incident
- An incident is resolved
- Scheduled maintenance is planned
When to Still Log a Support Ticket
Please log a ticket if:
- The status page shows all services as Operational but you are still experiencing a problem — this may be specific to your account or configuration
- You have a question unrelated to a service outage
- You need to report something you believe has not yet been identified
To log a ticket: Submit a Support Request
Stay Informed During an Outage
During an active incident, all updates are posted exclusively to the status page. Subscribing ensures you receive timely updates without needing to contact support for a progress report.
We aim to post updates at regular intervals during any significant outage so that you always know where things stand.
For any questions or additional support, please mail our team at support@lamin.in
