How to reset your password and login to your Laminin instance

1. Click on Reset Password

Click on Reset Password


2. Enter your email address

Please note this email address has to match the email address of your Laminin User Profile

Enter your email address


3. Click on Request Reset

Click on Request Reset


4. Click on Reset Password in the email you receive from Laminin

Click on Reset Password in the email you receive from Laminin


5. Type password

The Laminin Password Policy is as follows:

  • Minimum password length of 10 characters
  • Requires at least one Uppercase Alphabetical Character
  • Requires at least one Lowercase Alphabetical Character
  • Requires at least one Numeric Character
  • Requires at least one Special Character eg. ()!@#$%^&*-+=/<>\

Type password


6. Confirm password

Make sure your password matches exactly the password typed above

7. Click on Reset Password

Click on Reset Password


8. Enter your username

Please note this username has to match the username of your Laminin User Profile

Enter your username


9. Enter your new password

Enter your new password


10. Click on Login 

Click on Login
