MWO-559 - Remove split between cover page and site

The scroll bar on the cover page have been removed and the page should flow from the cover page to the site without the "split".

Mobile visibility also have a more polished look and feel.

MWO-560 - RSVP not received

RSVP function was fix where the user could sent RSVP's but could not respond to it as well as the RSVP report function that was not working.
