On Field Service Cloud you can generate a Driver Performance report. Follow these easy steps:

  • Click on the Main Menu button at the left of the screen
  • Click on the "Reports" button
  • Click on the "Performance Report" button
  • Select the two dates the report should represent between
  • Click on the "Generate Report" button
  • Under the "Overall Performance" panel you will get an overview of the following:
    • Number of Jobs created between the two dates
    • Number of jobs that has been dispatched to drivers and has not been worked on
    • Number of jobs that has been completed but has not received Invoices
    • Number of jobs that has been completed, invoice has been sent and payment has been received
    • Number of Comebacks on jobs
    • Number of jobs that has been submitted to finance and has not received payment as of yet
    • Number of jobs that has been cancelled
    • Average time that has been worked on a job for the duration of the Performance report
  • Under the "Driver Performance" panel you will get an overview of the following:
    • Driver and their performance
      • Number of jobs done
      • Percentage of jobs completed
      • Number of comebacks
      • Percentage of comebacks
      • Average time spent on jobs
      • Jobs that has been assigned to the driver that has not yet been worked on
      • Jobs that has been completed and not yet been submitted to finance
      • Jobs that has been submitted to finance and awaiting payment
      • Jobs that has been completed, invoice has been sent and payment has been received
      • Jobs that has been cancelled for the specific driver
    • The Jobs can be clicked on and you will be redirected to the Job View
    • You can print the report by clicking on the "Print Report" button
