Steps 1 - 4: Quick Capture Students to New Enrollments

  • Open students under student.


  • Select the student that you just quick captured and edit information.

  • On the student profile click on .
  • Fill in the required fields on the form then click .


  • On the student profile click on .
  • Fill in the form and click on


  • Under students select student pack


  • Click on
  • Fill out the form and click .


  • Under student select Unallocated Student Packs.


  • Click Allocate Pack
  • Mark Each Document on the contract and save them on the system
  • NOTE: NOT EVERYONE WILL SEE SEARCH STUDENTS OPTION ON THE MAIN MENU.


VERIFY STUDENTS ATTACHMENTS

DOCUMENT CONTROL

  • Student application packs placed in inventory/ holding area.
  • Application packs distributed to administrator and Assistant administrator for capturing.


QUICK CAPTURE

  • Capturer selects quick capture on the system and captures student details.


QUICK CAPTURE TO INFORMATION PAGE

  • After capturing all personal information scroll down to Enrollments.
  • Click on to add a course.

  • Click on when all fields are completed.


Quick Capture Student from portal :


The sign up portal will be available on iCollege website click on the link and you will be redirected to the sign up portal page:



Please fill in all required and relevant fields and click on the submit button:


Once the page is finished loading this message will appear:


An sms link will be send to open your portal and to sign your relevant documents for the vetting process.



Open the link and fill in your OTP  and click on Verfiy to access your portal:



Please go through the steps:



When done signing, click on the save button so submit your signature:


Your submit portal will appear with the relevant documents you signed and to upload outstanding documents:



When done further communications will be done after vetting process is done.
